Traditional Diesel Generators are often underutilized, operating at 40% or less load, resulting in excessive fuel consumption. In our R&D endeavors, we are dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of Hybrid Diesel Generators. By integrating high-capacity battery banks with advanced hybrid inverters, sometimes supplemented with solar energy, we aim to optimize energy usage. This innovation ensures that the diesel generator operates only when needed and efficiently supplies energy to the battery banks before shutting down upon charging completion. Such optimization has the potential to reduce fuel and maintenance costs by up to 50%, depending on the severity of grid failures.
